To take your booking we collect your name, your mobile number (verified by OTP), your booking details, and your email address where you choose to share it.

How We Use It

Your details are used to manage your booking: confirmation, reminders, collection at the counter, and service on the day, sent by WhatsApp, SMS, and by email where provided. Your mobile number is your identity on this app.

As set out in our Terms & Conditions, you may also receive marketing messages and festive offers from Ente Keralam and Advantage Foods Private Limited, including pre-booking invitations and priority booking windows for Vishu, Onam, and other special festivals. You may opt out of these at any time. To stop these messages or to have your information removed from our systems, kindly write to us at info@advantagefoods.in.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Details are shared only with the service providers who deliver your booking messages (WhatsApp, SMS, and email) and, where you pay online, the payment gateway processing your payment.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising and to reach our guests with relevant offers. It sets cookies and may share your activity on this site along with hashed identifiers with Meta Platforms. Your details are never shared in readable form for third party advertising.

Retention

Booking records are retained for our seasonal accounting and service records, and your account details are kept across seasons so that your order history stays with you and early access invitations can reach you. You may ask us to remove your contact details at any time.

Your Choices

Email is optional. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting your outlet; booking messages continue for any active booking. For corrections or removal, kindly contact your outlet or write to us at info@advantagefoods.in.
